Welcome to Good2Go Fitness!

I'm Jason Gagne,  a personal trainer and health coach with over 20 years  experience. 

Training people started from my own broken body being rebuilt from broken to fit and strong that shaped my passion for fitness. 

Childhood challenges led me to years of surgeries that left me confined and in pain. It ignited my passion and pursuit of health and fitness.

I worked as a EMT for 911 for 3 years, and I was also an ER Tech. I realized that the real need was keeping people off my ambulance and out of the ER. 

With my past self rehab and EMS background with multiple certifications under my belt like NASM, Yoga, and NESTA, I was able to use my experience, knowledge and passion to create the Good2Go Program. Good2Go is designed for individuals starting from square one.

I'm here to walk you through this process to build your habits that will keep you in a fit  and healthy body!

WHAT A GOOD2GO BODY NEEDS

Flexibility

The first step of the program is flexibility:  opening up the muscles, the joints and correcting your posture.  This feels great and will give you a jump start in energy as you open up your body gaining more access to movement.  You will also relieving those aches and pains out of the joints and back which will give you back the freedom of movement.                    

Agility

This is where flexibility becomes movement, balance and conditioning of muscle and the cardio vascular system. these systems are progressed here. Simple body movements are being practiced such as getting up and down from the floor, holding poses and moving on your feet developing balance and starting to coordinate full body movements such as crunches, push ups, Squats. This is all progressed slowly and safely with plenty of tries and practice.

Strength

Strength is what you will achieve from completing the Good2Go Program.  Strength is in your body when you perform all these moves with a higher level of movement and ease.  Strength and endurance are in your muscles, lungs and your heart.  The Good2Go Program will also reinforce the habit it instills in you, as you progress every day for 90 days, and  following the guidelines  of the program.
